David received his undergraduate
degree from the University of California at Irvine where, during an
accelerated course of study, he majored in history with an emphasis
in Russian Language Studies.
After studying in the former Soviet
Union, David returned to the U.S. to complete his undergraduate work
and enter law school at Whittier College School of Law.
David currently holds licenses to practice both in California and
Oregon.
For a number of years, David has
maintained his private practice in Laguna Hills, concentrating in
the areas of : Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation. Throughout his
career, David has consistently maintained that the best
representation is achieved through direct and straightforward
communications with the client. To this end, David is the only
attorney to work on a client's file from start to finish. |
In addition to serving his clients in
private practice, David serves the public through his active participation
with the Orange County Bar Association's Conference of Delegates which
acts to oversee, propose, and modify laws which directly affect
Californians on a daily basis.
David is also a frequent contributor to
local legal publications to keep others in his chosen fields abreast of
the latest changes in California state law and policy. If you wish to

In his spare time, David enjoys wide
variety of hobbies ranging from Elizabethan rapier fencing and antique
sword collecting to studying many subjects including Russian, Japanese,
ancient Kanji and modern medicine. An avid outdoorsman, David enjoys
camping, shooting or taking time out to hike a trail or sit by a stream.
